This refund policy applies to travelers booking with A.R.TRAVEL worldwide. The terms comply with international travel industry regulations and are subject to the cancellation policies of airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other service providers.
1. General Refund Policy
- Refund eligibility depends on the type of service booked and the cancellation timeframe.
- Refunds will be processed in accordance with the policies of airlines, hotels, and tour operators.
- Some bookings are non-refundable, as per supplier policies.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be credited to the original payment method within the stated processing time.
- Transaction fees, administrative charges, and third-party penalties are non-refundable.
2. Cancellation Refunds
2.1 Refund for Cancellations by Travelers
Travelers must submit a written request or via mail for cancellation. Refunds are subject to the following conditions for all service :

Travelers must submit a written request or via mail for cancellation. Refunds are subject to the following conditions for flight booking :

Some promotional fares, last-minute deals, and discounted bookings may be completely non-refundable.
- Airlines, hotels, and tour operators may charge additional cancellation fees.
2.2 Refund for Cancellations by the Travel Agency
- A full refund OR
- A travel credit for future bookings OR
- An alternative travel package.
Refunds will be issued within 07-14 business days after cancellation confirmation.
3. Refund Policy for Different Travel Services
3.1 Flight Tickets
- Airline refunds follow the policies of the respective carrier.
- Economy-class tickets are often non-refundable but may be eligible for refund depends on airline cancellation policy or you’ ll get future travel credit.
- Refund processing time: 4–12 bank working weeks, depending on the airline
3.2 Hotel Bookings
- Refund eligibility depends on the hotel’s cancellation policy.
- Some hotel reservations allow free cancellation, while others may be non-refundable.
- Refund processing time: 7–14 business days.
3.3 Tour Packages & Activities
- Refunds for tours and activities depend on the policies of local providers.
- Some experiences, such as tickets for events, theme parks, or private tours, are non-refundable.
3.4 Car Rentals & Transportation
- Refunds for car rentals are subject to the provider’s cancellation policy.
- Late cancellations may result in partial or no refund.

4.1 Visa Processing Fees
- Visa service fees are non-refundable, even if the application is denied.
4.2 Travel Insurance
- Travel insurance premiums are non-refundable once issued.

6. Force Majeure (Uncontrollable Events)
- We are not responsible for disruptions due to force majeure events, including:
- Natural disasters (earthquakes, hurricanes, floods).
- Wars, political instability, or terrorism.
- Pandemics, government-imposed travel bans, or public health crises.
- Airline strikes or transportation disruptions.
- Refunds in such cases are subject to supplier policies.
- Where possible, we will assist in rescheduling or providing travel credits instead of refunds.
7. How to Request a Refund
- Submit a refund request via email or our online portal.
- Provide booking details, including:
- Reservation number
- Traveler name & number
- Reason for cancellation
- Wait for processing, as per the refund timelines outlined in Section 5.
