Welcome to A.R.TRAVEL. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking a trip with us. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
1. Booking & Payment
- All bookings require a deposit or full payment as specified at the time of reservation.
- Prices are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
- Payment must be made through approved methods (credit card, bank transfer, mobile banking etc.).
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations must be made in writing via email.
- Cancellation charges apply as per the supplier’s policies (hotels, airlines, etc.).
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 07 business days, minus any service fees.
3. Travel Documents & Requirements
- Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and any necessary travel permits.
- Health and vaccination requirements must be met as per destination regulations.
4. Changes & Modifications
- We reserve the right to modify or cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, airline schedule changes, etc.).
- If changes are required, we will offer alternative arrangements of equal value where possible.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 07 business days, minus any service fees.
5. Liability & Responsibility
- A.R.TRAVEL acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (hotels, airlines, transport companies) and is not liable for service failures, delays, or losses caused by third parties.
- Travelers are responsible for their personal belongings and must adhere to local laws and safety guidelines.
6. Travel Insurance
- We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unexpected situations.
7. Complaints & Disputes
- Any complaints must be reported in writing within 03 days of travel completion.
- Disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the services provided by A.R.TRAVEL (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking a trip or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Booking & Payment
1.1 Booking Process
- All bookings must be made through our official website, phone, email, or authorized agents.
- A booking is confirmed only after receiving the required deposit or full payment.
- Prices and availability are subject to change until full payment is received.
1.2 Payment Terms
- Payments must be made using approved methods (credit/debit cards, bank transfers, mobile banking etc.).
- A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 07 days before departure.
- If full payment is not received by the deadline, the booking may be canceled, and cancellation fees will apply.
1.3 Price Changes & Currency Fluctuations
- Prices are based on the exchange rates at the time of booking.
- We reserve the right to adjust prices due to currency fluctuations, government-imposed taxes, or increased supplier costs.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
2.1 Cancellation by the Traveler
- Cancellations must be made in writing via email or our online portal.
- Cancellation charges apply as per the schedule below:
- More than 30 days before purchase : flight,hotel,visa & holiday/tour operator cancellation policy (minus service fees)
- 15 days before purchase : flight,hotel,visa & holiday/tour operator cancellation policy (minus service fees)
- Less than 07 days before purchase : flight,hotel,visa & holiday/tour operator cancellation policy (minus service fees)
2.2 Cancellation by the Company
- We reserve the right to cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, political unrest, airline disruptions, etc.).
- In such cases, we will offer a full refund or an alternative trip of equal value.
2.3 Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 07-14 business days.
- Transaction fees, administrative charges, and supplier penalties may be deducted from the refund amount.
3. Travel Documents & Requirements
3.1 Passports & Visas
- Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and any required travel permits.
- The Company is not responsible for delays, fines, or denied entry due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.
3.2 Health & Vaccination Requirements
- Some destinations may require vaccinations or medical certificates. It is the traveler’s responsibility to comply with health regulations.
- The Company is not liable for health issues or quarantine requirements imposed by any country.
4. Changes & Modifications
4.1 Changes by the Traveler
- Changes to a booking (such as date modifications or upgrades) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Name changes may not be allowed by airlines or other service providers and may result in a full rebooking.
4.2 Changes by the Company
- We reserve the right to make minor adjustments to itineraries due to operational reasons.
- In case of significant changes (such as date shifts or destination changes), travelers will be notified in advance and given the option of a full refund or an alternative trip.
5. Liability & Responsibility
5.1 Our Role
- We act as an intermediary between travelers and third-party service providers (hotels, airlines, transport companies).
- We are not responsible for delays, service failures, injuries, or losses caused by these providers.
5.2 Traveler’s Responsibility
- Travelers must follow all local laws and respect cultural norms.
- Any damage to property, misconduct, or illegal activity may result in removal from the trip without a refund.
6. Travel Insurance
- We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost baggage, and other unforeseen events.
- The Company is not liable for any losses due to a traveler’s failure to obtain travel insurance.
7. Complaints & Disputes
7.1 Complaint Process
- Any complaints must be submitted in writing within 03 days of the trip’s completion.
- We will investigate and respond within 03 business days.
7.2 Legal Jurisdiction
- Any disputes will be resolved under the laws of Bangladesh.
- Legal claims must be filed in the courts of Bangladesh.
8. Force Majeure
- We are not responsible for trip disruptions due to natural disasters, pandemics, wars, strikes, or other events beyond our control.
- In such cases, refunds or rescheduling will be subject to supplier policies.
